PAYMENTS
3.1. The device price NO includes VAT and standard delivery within the United Kingdom.
3.2. Payments can be made via:

3.3. Order processing begins after the full payment has been received by the seller.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME AND DELIVERY
4.1. Once full payments are cleared, we will arrange shipping directly to your door. Machine order status may show that your item is in stock but the actual machinery is made to order and can take between 3-14working days to build.
4.2. Delivery time may be extended in case of force majeure or delays caused by courier services.

WARRANTY AND SERVICE
5.1. The devices are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty for a period of [e.g., 12 months. When purchasing our laser device, you have the option to extend your warranty to 24 months. Cost of Extended Warranty: £400 one-time fee at the time of purchase.
5.2. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not apply to mechanical damage, improper use, or third-party interference.

ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
6.1. Due to the nature of the products (specialist equipment), returns are only accepted in the case of manufacturing defects.
6.2. The customer has the right to cancel the order before dispatch; however, once the device has been shipped, returns are not accepted.
